The varietal composition of the Something White changes each year, giving Doug Fabbioli creative license to select the best available fruit from the year’s harvest. This wine is floral, fruity and has a crisp finish that will complement many occasions and dishes.

For 2021, it is a blend of Vidal Blanc and Petit Manseng. The nose is bright with aromas of crisp green pears, juicy yellow grapefruit, and mild sun-kissed honeysuckle. The palate mimics the nose with more bright crisp pears and sharp yellow grapefruit on the finish.
